Every doctor and medical centre will have a different approach, but given the increasing gap between the always-rising cost of living and the fixed rate that Medicare pays doctors, there are no current commonly bulk billing medical centres left in Darwin.
All have moved to a mixed-billing model where you will be required to pay a gap. You may be able to claim this gap from your health insurer.

There may be some exceptions in different medical centres where bulk billing is offered for children, seniors and those with chronic conditions.

FTA/CANCELLATION POLICY
Late cancellations Fees :
We value all our patients and will always try to get you into your GP when you need them. But to do this, we need your help.

A cancellation fee of $25 applies if you can't make it to your appointment. However this will be waived if you contact the practice no less than 2 hours’ before the appointment. This allows other patients the opportunity to pick up your appointment time. Naturally, exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Failure to Attend your Appointment :
If you Fail to Attend your booked appointment, our clinic has a No-Show Policy where a non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged to you. We value all our patients and we do have others who could have used that time with our GPs that you booked and did not attend.
